Who is the challenge suitable for?
This challenge is suitable for ANYONE male or female that has reached a point in their life where they know they need to improve their physical health but just don't know where to start. Perhaps you are full-time working Mum that already doesn't have enough hours in the day to think about being more healthy? Maybe you are someone with a demanding job and already feel bad that you don't see your family enough let alone taking some time out to exercise? Whatever your situation, this challenge is going to take you step by step towards finding a way to create those better habits.
Who am I?
My name is Adele and I am an online fitness & lifestyle coach. I am 38 years old and have 2 young children. I know and understand how hard it is juggling work and family commitments and how this can end up with you leaving your health priorities at the bottom of the list. I am also fully qualified in delivering exercise prescription to people with medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and lower back pain.
My mission is simple: I want to help as many people as possible be the best version of themselves and this challenge is the perfect place to start!
HOW TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE
To join the 5 Day Challenge and kick start your health & fitness journey in 2022, all you need to do is simply fill out the form below and pay the £7 sign up fee. You will then be
e-mailed your instructions on how to download the app, join the Real PT Facebook Support Group and start completing your daily tasks to be a healthier & fitter version of you!
Some important things you need to know:
🔹 The challenge starts the day after you sign up
🔹The challenge is not designed to overwhelm you...I will give you small daily tasks that will take up no more than 20 minutes of your time but there are workout options for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels
🔹When you get your welcome e-mail, you will be instructed on how to download the Real PT app (this is how I deliver all of my content to you)
