FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED TO BE AT TO DO THIS PLAN?

I suggest been at an intermediate to advanced level of fitness. You can of course increase the intensity and frequency as you so desire but you should have some experience of resistance training.

WILL I BE SIGNED INTO A MONTHLY CONTRACT?

Absolutely not, this is a one time payment so no need to worry about monthly fees.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THE PLAN?

The beauty of online training is that you train at days and times that suit you. not your PT! This plan has 4 days of training each week and for the best results, you should aim to complete all 4 workouts.

HOW DO I GET THE APP?

The app is available on ios and android and you will be guided on how to download this after you sign up. The plan then starts on the first Monday after you have signed up. You will have 8 weeks access to the app from when the plan starts.

WHAT SUPPORT DO I GET WITH NUTRITION?

I don’t believe on setting my clients on restrictive diet plans that they can’t sustain in the long term. I strongly focus on changing habits and an ‘everything in moderation’ mentality. This is about making changes and sustaining them for the long term not a quick fix approach. I suggest the use of tracking your food initially using the in-app food diary to hold yourself accountable and so that I can give you the best possible feedback on your coaching call. You can also use in the in-app calorie calculator to work out your calories specific to your goals (build, maintain or shred).
