DO I NEED EQUIPMENT FOR THIS PLAN?
The plan can be done with no equipment if you wish although I do recommend the use of kettlebells, dumbbells and loop resistance bands for the best results. If you don't go to a gym these basic pieces of equipment can all be bought relatively cheap from online retailers.
WHAT SUPPORT DO I GET WITH NUTRITION?
I don’t believe on setting my clients on restrictive diet plans that they can’t sustain in the long term. I strongly focus on changing habits and an ‘everything in moderation’ mentality. This is about making changes and sustaining them for the long term not a quick fix approach. I suggest the use of tracking your food initially using the in-app food diary to hold yourself accountable and so that I can give you the best possible feedback. A meal plan can be arranged though if you feel this would suit you better.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE STANDARD REAL 8 PLAN AND THE PREMIUM REAL 8 PLAN?
With the standard Real 8 Plan you receive a coaching call (by your preferred method of phone/email or video) mid way through the plan where I provide a full review of your training and nutrition (all tracked through the app) to give you the knowledge and guidance to get the best results. With the premium plan, I do a review every week of your activity and food and set you goals for the week ahead to keep you on track. I recommend this if you are someone that needs full accountability to stay on track.
WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED TO BE AT?
The Real 8 plan is catered to all abilities and fitness levels. You can increase the intensity and frequency as you so desire to fulfill your goals. If you are new to exercise and don't have any equipment yet, I would suggest starting with the Simply 6 plan. If you have completed the Simply 6 plan and are looking for a natural progression to continue then this plan would be perfect for you.
WHEN DOES THE PLAN START AND HOW DO I PAY?
The plan starts on the first Monday after you have signed up. The plan is a one off payment for the full 8 weeks, no monthly contract required. You can pay by debit/credit card or via paypal.
HOW DOES THE APP WORK?
I deliver all of my coaching via the exclusive Real PT app in your own personal member's area. You will have everything scheduled for your convenience to help you stay on track. You will use the app to follow your workouts with full video demonstrations, tracking of results, progress photo manager, food diary and coaching area. I will be a PT in your pocket!
